Guntur: Additional DG (Law and Order) Harish Kumar Gupta, South Coastal Zone, Guntur Range IGP KV Gopala Rao distributed caps, cooling glasses, water bottles, butter milk, ORS packets, face masks and Pappu Chekkas to traffic police through the Guntur Rural SP Ch Venkata Appala Naidu.
He also explained precautions to be taken while doing job under the hot sun. The Additional DG urged the cops on security duty to take precautionary measures to safeguard their health and take ORS packets and butter milk every day. He appreciated Venkata Appala Naidu for his efforts in taking care of the cops on duty under adverse weather conditions. Venkata Appala Naidu explained steps taken to provide security during Assembly sessions.
