Hyderabad: The State government on Saturday decided to hike the monthly salary of Village Revenue Assistants (VRAs) working in 22 districts of the State from Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000.
Informing this in the Assembly here on Saturday, Revenue Minister Raghuveera Reddy said that the file in this connection was sent to Chief Minister for his approval. The government would issue orders in this connection in 2-3 days, he added.
