CM to visit WG tomorrow

Eluru: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will take part in farmer empowerment meeting at Kaikaram in Unguturu mandal of West Godavari district on Friday. According to the itinerary, the Chief Minister will arrive at the Gannavaram airport from Hyderabad at 1:30 pm. He will reach Kaikaram at 2 pm and participate in the farmer empowerment meeting. After addressing farmers, the Chief Minister will hand over loan waiver certificates to the beneficiaries.

At an official meeting at the Collectorate here on Wednesday, District Collector Katamaneni Bhaskar reviewed arrangements for the CM’s visit. He said that it was the responsibility of the agricultural officials to bring farmers to the venue of the CM’s programme. Elaborate arrangements should be made to ensure the smooth conduct of the meeting, he added. Foolproof security should be provided at the helipad and the meeting venue, he said and added that officials of various departments should work with coordination to ensure the success of the CM’s visit to the district.
