The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for admissions for January-2015 session up to December 31 with late fee of Rs 300 for Masters, Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, Diploma, Certificate and awareness programmes.
Visakhapatnam: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for admissions for January-2015 session up to December 31 with late fee of Rs 300 for Masters, Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, Diploma, Certificate and awareness programmes. Regional director S Raja Rao said candidates belonging to Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East and West Godavari districts could apply with a late fee of Rs 300.
The Masters programmes include M.Com, MSW and M.A in Rural Development, Tourism Management, English, Hindi, Philosophy, Education, Public Administration, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology and Distance Education. The Degree programmes are B.Com, BTS, BLIS, BSW, B.A and B.Sc.
It also offers socially-relevant and skill-oriented Post-Graduate Diplomas, Diploma and Certificate programmes in Disaster Management, Early Childhood Care and Education, Nutrition and Health Education, Nutrition and Child Care, Tourism Studies, International Business Operation, Journalism and Mass Communication, Higher Education, HIV and Family Education, Social Work, Extension and Development Studies, Food and Nutrition, Information Technology, Energy Technology Management, Rural Development, Women Empowerment and Development, Agriculture Policy, Business Skills, Environmental Studies, Teaching of English, Functional English, Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws.
