The AP government has been passed interim orders by the National Green Tribunal against starting any venture without valid permission from environment agencies in Amaravati. A report has been directed by the National Green Tribunal to be submitted by the government concerning the wet lands or the lands that might be submerged in floods.
The hearing on the issue has been put off to November 5 while the AP government is expecting a reply soon over the permissions applied. Sources reveal that the government has also prepared a counter to the notice of the National Green Tribunal.
