Minister for Information and Public Relations and IT Palle Raghunatha Reddy said here on Sunday that the Jana Chaitanya Yatras to be taken up across the district from December 1 to 15 were intended for the benefit of the people.
Anantapur: Minister for Information and Public Relations and IT Palle Raghunatha Reddy said here on Sunday that the Jana Chaitanya Yatras to be taken up across the district from December 1 to 15 were intended for the benefit of the people.
In a statement Palle said the yatras were intended to know the problems of the people and also to enlighten them about the government’s welfare schemes, including distribution of ration cards in January 2016.
He asked all the the people’s representatives, ZPTCs, MPPs and sarpanches to take part in the yatras. Members of the Village and Janmabhoomi Committees should compulsorily be present.The minister appealed to the people to make the yatras successful.
