5 cars sold at SBI auction

In the tender-cum-open auction held at the SBI Retail Assets Central Processing Centre at One-town area in the city on Wednesday, five cars were sold to successful bidders. In fact, 50 prospective bidders took part in the auction, which commenced at 4 pm and went on till 7 pm.

Speaking to the media, Deputy General Manager Ajoy Kumar Pandit advised car loan borrowers to be prompt in repaying loan installments as per the agreement to avoid their vehicles’ auction. Assistant General Manager Ravindra Prasad Patro gave the successful bidders three working days to pay the final bid price. Chief General Manager K V Krishnaiah conducted the auction.
