Kidnapped seven-year-old girl traced in two days

The accused, R Shalini who hails from CV Raman Nagar in Bengaluru, was caught after massive publicity was given regarding the kidnap.
After receiving the complaint on the kidnap, the police even deployed 14 teams and put posters in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and English.
Police suspect that the accused had taken the girl either for child trafficking or begging. This is the second kidnap case that has taken place in less than a month. Last month, a one-year-old was abducted at Golla Mandapam but was traced successfully.
