Kapil Dev visits Krishnapatnam Port

Former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev visited Krishnapatnam Port on Friday and witnessed activities on the premises. Port Managing Director C Sasidhar and CEO Y Anil welcomed Dev. He observed a photo exhibition and planted saplings on the port premises.
Nellore: Former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev visited Krishnapatnam Port on Friday and witnessed activities on the premises. Port Managing Director C Sasidhar and CEO Y Anil welcomed Dev. He observed a photo exhibition and planted saplings on the port premises.
Port CEO explained about activities in the port and the former cricketer visited Navaneeta School at Turpu Kanupuru being run by the port management and appreciated for the facilities being provided to the inmates.
He interacted with the students and appreciated efforts of the CVR Foundation for constructing a corporate school for local poor children and offering education at free of cost. Senior officials of the port were also present.
