Vijayawada: Youth, teenagers, club members and housewives actively participated in the Treasure Hunt, jointly organised by the Rotary Club of Vijayawada Mid-Town and Anvita Honda.

The Treasure Hunt was organised for the fund raiser programme to eradicate polio. The game was flagged off by MLC Buddha Venkanna at the Siddhartha Arts and Science College here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion Venkanna said the government was organising Happy Sunday for the public.

Rotary Mid-Town president Chinnam Madhu Babu said that all the activities done by the club includes service and public involvement.

Later, the winners of the game were given prizes. First prize was bagged by V Gokul and E Mohita (Honda Bike), second prize K Vijayalakshmi (LED TV), third prize (Dinner set) was given to seven winners by club governor G Vishwanath.

The club secretary, Sunil, vice-president Y Parthasarathy, Anvita Honda MD Srinivas, E-City representative Prem, the club chairman, Koneru Madhu, co-secretary K Venkat, directors GVS Sandeep, Dr Lankapally Manoj, Ramakrishna, Rajendra Prasad and others were present.
