Jana Sena Party yet to strengthen cadre in Vizianagaram
Even though Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan toured in the district and activated cadres towards preparing for polls, no prominent leader has joined the party and the district or state leadership has not bothered about appointing mandal and village committees
Vizianagaram: Even though Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan toured in the district and activated cadres towards preparing for polls, no prominent leader has joined the party and the district or state leadership has not bothered about appointing mandal and village committees.
During his address in Gajapathinagaram and Vizianagaram, Pawan made strong comments on local leaders. The public felt that the party would get some strength by attracting some senior leaders from other parties. But no senior leader or mandal level leaders like MPP, ZPTC has joined JSP so far. Interestingly L Prasad, a software professional, was appointed as district convener.
The Jana Sena can attract the attention of youth in Kurupam, Giyammavalasa and GL Puram. But, so far, the party high command has not appointed constituency in-charges. TDP, BJP, YSRCP and Left parties have constituency in-charges except Jana Sena. JSP district convener L Prasad said we are seriously making efforts to strengthen our party.
He said many senior leaders from other parties are in touch with us. After Sankranti festival, some senior party leaders would join us, he said and added “We are getting good response from public and they are ready to walk with us.”
