The much awaited Telugu film Surya Vs Surya released in theatres. Before we go ahead with the review, let's take a look at the star cast.

About the film: Nikhil plays Surya who is diganosed with a rare genetic disorder Porphyria which means he cannot come in contact with the sun. If he does, it could be fatal. However that doesn't deter his hopes to fall in love. Surya is head over heels with a TV anchor Sanjana (Tridha). But his only worry is how will he woo his love interest with such condition.

Review: Nikhil has yet again proved that he is a fantastic actor. He has even lost weight and that shows in his young looks. Tanikella Bharani plays the role of Nikhil's friend well while madhoo as Nikhil's mom shines. Tridha is okay and nothing to rave about. Director Karthik Gattamaneni has sure picked a rare subject. However, he has not handled it well. Although the first half is pacy, there's not much entertainment post interval.

Verdict: could have been better
