The 27-year-old hunk found fame on The Only Way Is Essex and also entered the Celebrity Big Brother House in series nine. His latest TV spell sees him jet out to a secluded paradise with fellow holiday goers before they are joined by former flames, and it seems the show has taken a toll on Kirk.

“This is the last bit of reality telly for me – I’m focusing on music and other projects after this," he told newspaper The Sun. “I don’t really talk to anyone from TOWIE anymore.” Kirk has already dabbled in recording tracks, including a cover of Ain't No Sunshine.

For him it was his ex fiancée Cami Li who ruined his relaxing break on Ex on the Beach, and the pair argued so much that Kirk was even reduced to tears during filming. They had a messy split in 2013, with the brunette beauty branding him constantly jealous, and there have been rumours that Kirk was so surprised by Cami's arrival on the show his aggressive reaction caused MTV bosses to ask him to leave.

Cami enjoyed her own taste of reality TV when she appeared in Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year. “In the day we’re all mates and then by night everyone just goes crazy. There’s one bit in it where I’m crying, like really crying," Kirk explained.

“When Cami suddenly emerged when I was lying on the sun lounger, it is just ridiculous. It had been two years since we spoke, not even a phone call. “We both have different ideas about how it ended – she came in there all guns blazing. It was explosive, I’ve never had nor seen a row like it."

He added that there were so many "fit" women around him that he felt as though he fell in love several times during filming. Series three of Ex on the Beach begins next month and other stars who will appear include Snog Marry Avoid?'s Laura Alicia Summers and Shipwrecked lothario Stephen Bear.
