Shakeel, Billa murder case scrapped
Nampalli Court scrapped the charges against Mouthasin Billa and Shakil the case of Attack against Gujarat police. However the court convicted other three as guilty and given out a sentence of 4 years.
Hyderabad: Nampalli Court scrapped the charges against Mouthasin Billa and Shakil the case of Attack against Gujarat police. However the court convicted other three as guilty and given out a sentence of 4 years.
The case was filed against Billa and Shakil in 2004 that they attacked the Gujarat police during the riot opposite the DGP office at that time.
