Transco AE in ACB dragnet
Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths nabbed Assistant Engineer of Transco, Parigi, Syed Mohammed while he was accepting Rs 16,000 as bribe from the complainant Ch Yadav Reddy at the former’s office, for granting a new transformer, on Thursday. The ACB had trapped him while he was accepting the bribe. The tainted amount was recovered from the left side of his pocket. He would be produced before the special ACB court. A case has been registered.
