Mother kills daughters after father's abuse in Hyderabad
In a gruesome incident, two minor girls were killed by their mother in Teachers\' Colony of East Marredpally, Hyderabad on Wednesday evening as she suspected that her elder daughter was sexually harassed by her husband.

The mother, Rajani, slit the throats of her two kids - Ashvika (7) and Thivishka (3) with a broken glass piece. The father Vinay Chukte returned home from work to find the bodies of the girls while the mother was nowhere to be seen. He immediately alerted the police who found Rajani near the Hussainsagar Lake.
While the police have taken her into custody, they said that suicide could have been on her mind when she was found near the Hussainsagar Lake. On being questioned, Rajani revealed that her daughters were being abused by the father and said that she became suspicious after seeing that her elder daughter used to get scared on seeing her father and felt that her husband had sexually harassed their elder daughter.
The woman confessed to killing the two children but the police are investigating the matter and are yet to attain evidence that proves the mother’s claims.
