Inter student commits suicide
Unable to bear severe stomach ache, Srikanth, a Junior Intermediate student of Vignan Junior College, committed suicide by hanging at his rented room in Gandhi Chowk here on Monday. Srikanth’s father Maibuji hails from Chegunta village in Nagar of Kurnool district. The father and son have been living in the rented room for the past 10 years.
Parigi: Unable to bear severe stomach ache, Srikanth, a Junior Intermediate student of Vignan Junior College, committed suicide by hanging at his rented room in Gandhi Chowk here on Monday. Srikanth’s father Maibuji hails from Chegunta village in Nagar of Kurnool district. The father and son have been living in the rented room for the past 10 years.
According to Maibuji, Srikanth had undergone an appendicitis operation in the past. “Srikanth has started complaining of stomach ache again. It may be the reason for committing suicide,” Maibuji added. The police examined the room and shifted the body to the government hospital mortuary for postmortem.
