Ingredients
2.5 cups cauliflower (gobi) florets
2/3 cup green peas (matar)
2-3 chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
1.Soak the cauliflower florets in hot water for 20-25 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
3.Add the cauliflower and cook on a medium flame for about 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder and salt.
4.Saute and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cauliflower becomes tender and looks brown.
5.Add the peas and green chiles and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6.Add the red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Cook for about a minute. Remove bay leaf and serve.
