Vayupuri joins the green Initiative
Vayupuri, the Air Force Officers’ Cooperative Housing Society under Neredmet division of Malkajgiri municipal circle, undertook tree plantation under the Haritha Haram programme on Tuesday.

Corporator K Sreedevi inaugurated the plantation programme in the colony along with deputy commissioner A Ramesh and Christopher ACP of Malkajgiri circle, besides other officials of GHMC, K Hanumantha Rao and senior veteran members AVM CV Parker, MVC, VM, AVM PK Mani, AVM R Kondaiah, Maj Gen MR Mohan Chander, Wg Cdr S Balakrishnan and members of Vayupuri colony.
Wg Cdr TJ Reddy, VSM, president of the society, highlighted the significance of Haritha Haram and said that their colony has been implementing green and clean initiative over the years to make a meaningful contribution to the social and environmental wealth creation for which it has been recently adjudged as the best residential colony under Malkajgiri circle.
