Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with TETRAEDR, a Belarusian company for addressing opportunities in the upgradation of defence systems. 

Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with TETRAEDR, a Belarusian company for addressing opportunities in the upgradation of defence systems.

P Sudhakar, Chairman and Managing Director of ECIL and Andrei Vakhovsky, Director of Tetraedr signed the MOU during the visit of an Indian delegation to Minsk, the capital of Belarus.

ECIL, the Hyderabad based Government of India Public Sector Undertaking, under the Department of Atomic Energy has been a technology driven company right from its inception in 1967 and has been supplying a wide range of systems and components required for Indian Defence services.

ECIL supplies for Armed Forces include Electronic Fuses, Air-Borne Radars, C4I Systems, Secure and Jam-resistant communications, Electronic Warfare Systems, Training Simulators, Antenna Systems, Satellite Networks, Sensors and Inertial Navigation Systems.

This MOU will facilitate ECIL to manufacture and supply high end defence equipment under “Make in India” program for global opportunities.
