Hydeabad: Committee member of Telugu Directors’ Association N Shankar and others called on Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav in his Secretariat chambers on Thursday following the recent election of the committee.
The minister, while congratulating the committee members, stated that the government was implementing various programmes for the development of the film industry, including the single window policy of giving permission for shooting.
Shankar thanked the minister for the government for the steps being taken for developing the industry and for the welfare of various categories of people working there. Among those who accompanied Shankar were association general secretary Ramprasad, treasurer Kasivishwanadham, directors Ravikumar Choudhary, Mohar Ramesh, Chandra Mahesh, Premraj.
