SC former judge warns unilateral rule a blow to democracy

Kondapur: Former Supreme Court judge Sudarshan Reddy warned that unilateral administrative functioning is a blow to democracy.

He was delivering the key note address on ‘Indian Democracy- Legal System’ at a meeting held on the occasion of 104th birth anniversary of communist leader Chandra Rajeswara Rao at CR Foundation on Sunday. Justice Sudarshan Reddy advised the Central Government not to interfere in key judgements delivered by Indian Judiciary.

Earlier Supreme Court former Judge along with CPI national general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy, CPI Telangana State assistant secretary and CR Foundation secretary Palla Venkat Reddy paid floral tributes to Chandra Rajeswara Rao’s portrait.
