While releasing a brochure and poster in this connection here, Appa Rao said the Khammam is known for cultural activities. Various organisations would conduct programmes during the celebrations.
The Paruchuri brothers entrusted the responsibility of holding celebrations to Khammam Kala Parishad, he said. He urged the people to make celebrations a grand success.
