Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao congratulated the State Government Department of Health, Medial and Family Welfare and the MNJ Institute of Oncology on achieving two World Records, the Guinness World Records and High Range World Records by the MNJ Cancer Institute
Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao congratulated the State Government Department of Health, Medial and Family Welfare and the MNJ Institute of Oncology on achieving two World Records, the Guinness World Records and High Range World Records by the MNJ Cancer Institute.
The Chief Minister described it as one of the biggest achievements for Telangana State Government as the MNJ is the first and only Government Hospital to achieve two World Records.
MNJ institute of Oncology on 26th October 2018 at Hyderabad organized the largest men’s gathering of Health Awareness on Prostate Cancer. As many as 487 men participated in this awareness program. This was done on the occasion of cancer day. A 45 minutes session on Prostate cancer was conducted by a group of doctors from MNJ Institute.
This is the first Guinness World Records achievement for the Telangana Government in the field of Medicine.
