Turmeric and long pepper are also considered healers among spices. In addition to this, some herbs like Indian pennywort, shakapushpi and aloeweed are included in Medhya Rasayana for their ability to enhance our learning powers. The use of these herbs and spices is the secret that promotes longevity and a healthy life.
