If these kind of incidents repeat in the government hospitals, common people may lose faith on the government hospitals. So that government has to take stringent action on those who were responsible for this incident.
At last government has to issue guidelines to the government and private hospitals, x-ray is as mandatory pre and post operation in all major operations. Then only can stop the repetation of this type of tragic incidents.
