Addressing the gathering at an awareness camp on cashless transactions held in the town on Friday, he said that the account holders should download the Apps SBI Buddy, SBI Quick and State Bank Anywhere APPs in their mobile smart cell phones. 

Nizamabad: Police Commissioner Kartikeya stressed the need for cashless transactions in the wake of demonitesation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes.

Addressing the gathering at an awareness camp on cashless transactions held in the town on Friday, he said that the account holders should download the Apps SBI Buddy, SBI Quick and State Bank Anywhere APPs in their mobile smart cell phones.

The Police Commissioner said that money could be easily credited into their accounts using these APPs with their debit cards. They could also recharge their cell phones and pay utility bills and cable bills, reserve cinema tickets and railway tickets,he added. He said that getting small change has become difficult and it was better to use digital cashless transactions.

Additional Commissioner of Police Rahul Hegde, Chief Manager of SBI Mohan Durga, Nizamabad ACP Anand Kumar and several policemen form Armoor, Bodhan and Nizamabad division others were present on the occasion.
