Gionee Elife E8: The 6-inch Super AMOLED screen of Gionee Elife E8 has 1440x2540p resolution, while the operating system is Android 5.1 (Lollipop) featuring the company's Amigo 3.1 software.

The smartphone has a 2GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6795 chipset (Helio X10) with 3GB RAM and comes with 64GB internal storage.

The new E8 comes with microSD card slot, which can pack up to 128GB of storage. The smartphone features a 24MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.

The dual-sim smartphone supports 4G and NFC, as well as standard connectivity options. Powered by a 3,500mAh battery, Gionee Elife E8 has a fingerprint scanner and dual speakers that support High Fidelity sound.

Samsung Z3: The dual-SIM Samsung Z3 runs on Tizen 2.4, and features a 5-inch HD Super Amoled display.

The second Tizen-based smartphone to be launched in India at Rs 8,490.It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7730S SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM, the smartphone features 8GB of built-in storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).

The Samsung Z3 bears an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with the same f/2.2 aperture.

Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, GPS with A-GPS, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. Sporting a 2600mAh battery, the Samsung Z3 also features an Ultra Power Saving mode. Also touted was the Ultra Data Saving data compression feature.

The smartphone weighs in at 137 grams, and measures 141.6x70x7.9mm.

Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20 tablet: Lenovo has expanded its A-series tablet range in India by launching Tab 2 A7-20 at Rs 5,700. Sporting a 7-inch (1024x600p) IPS display, the tablet runs Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS, (upgradeable to Android 5.0) and packs a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek processor chipset under the hood.

The tablet has 8GB built-in storage, microSD card support up to 32GB, and 1GB RAM. The Tab 2 A7-20 is a Wi-Fi only tablet and sports a 2P rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP front camera. Powered by a 3,450mAh battery, the tablet comes in ebony black colour.

Meizu M2: The Meizu m2 priced at Rs 6,999 features a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The handset is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 processor and the graphics duty is handled by Mali T720. The smartphone has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage further expandable up to 128GB.

The Meizu m2 has a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel camera at the front. The smartphone is 4G LTE compatible and supports dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS with GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0 with low energy mode. The Meizu m2 is loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop and is backed by 2500mAh battery.
