Hyderabad: The Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Dr T Rajaiah expressed his ire on Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) president Manda Krishna Madiga for the latter's allegations that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao insulted Dalit community by cornering Rajaiah during his recent Warangal tour.

Speaking to newsmen at Telangana Bhavan on Thursday, he stated that KCR was like a father figure to all ministers and legislators. “He has every right to correct us whenever the need arises,” Rajaiah stressed.

The Chief Minister, who vowed to ensure social justice in Telangana State, has offered Deputy Chief Minister’s post to a Dalit leader like him, he said. This itself was an indication of the high priority he had given for the community. Three acres land to SCs, Kalyanalakshmi scheme etc are some of the few important decisions he took to benefit these sections, he added.
