Revanth Reddy can stay in Hyderabad

In a major breather to Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, the Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday relaxed his bail conditions allowing him to travel anywhere within the country.

It may be recalled that the High Court had granted conditional bail to Revanth Reddy and one of the conditions was that the MLA must not leave his constituency, Kodangal in Mahbubnagar. After hearing the arguments, the court took the decision on a petition filed by Revanth Reddy seeking permission to relax the bail conditions. The court, however, directed Revanth Reddy to appear before the investigating agency every Monday without fail.

Recently, the High Court dismissed a petition seeking relaxation of certain conditions to the bail granted to the TDP MLA in the cash-for-vote scam.
