​Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has urged Governor ESL Narasimhan to see that the buildings in the State secretariat which were allocated to Andhra Pradesh at the time of bifurcation were handed back to the Telangana government at the earliest.

During his 40-minute long meeting with the Governor, the Chief Minister drew the attention of Narasimhan to the fact that the AP government had vacated almost all the blocks except L block which has the office of AP Chief Minister N Chandababu Naidu since the administration had shifted to Velagapudi. He told the Governor that the Telangana government proposed to construct a new Secretariat complex by demolishing the existing structures.

KCR informed the Governor about the functioning of 21 new districts which were inaugurated recently and the efforts put to streamline all welfare and developmental activities in the new districts.
