HC reserves order on HCA elections

One of the secretaries of HCA, John Manoj moved the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order of Ranga Reddy court and later many others impleaded as Respondents.
Earlier during the hearing of the petition, the High Court passed interim orders allowing conduct of elections but staying the announcement of results.
Accordingly the elections were held on January 17. Justice Bhatt heard the arguments of counsels on both sides and reserved for orders.
