Nacharam: Representatives of Brahmana Vatsalya Bandhu and Palaparthi Foundation celebrated AS Rao’s birth anniversary at his residence on Wednesday. Foundation member Ramesh said that Rao played key role in establishing ECIL and providing employment to over 11,000 persons. Later, they distributed wheel chairs, sticks, artificial arms to eight physically challenged persons.
