Chaderghat: The ‘Job Connect’ programme is being conducted by Chaderghat police with the support of TMI for filling around 3,000 jobs in different private companies. The programme invites from aspiring candidates with qualifications from Class 10 to PG. A Job mela will be held at Vivek Vardhini College in Jambagh on November 24. It is a great opportunity for the unemployed youth to get a job, said G Nagaraju, Inspector of Police, Chaderghat.

‘Job Connect’ programme is aimed at connecting youth with right skills with opportunities. It will also help youth take important career decisions and provide recruiters with right employees, thus benefitting both of them. Representatives will help fill in the registration forms and provide information on job opportunities available in the city.

A candidate needs to have just the right skills to fit into a vacancy. So, any recruiter would want to have a peek at the professional experience and work interests of the candidate, how the person gels with his coworkers, how candidate performs and how much of a fit candidate will become a team player in the company.
