KTR to visit Warangal tomorrow

Warangal: The Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, K Taraka Rama Rao, is visiting Warangal on Saturday with a busy schedule. The Minister will lay foundation stones for several development projects and inaugurate a few completed developmental works including a Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) built with an estimated cost of Rs 2 crore at Ammavaripeta, the first one to be set up in India.
Warangal (West) MLA D Vinay Bhasker and GWMC Mayor N Narender informed that KT Rama Rao will inaugurate a smart bus bay near Warangal Urban collectorate, underground garbage bins at Naimnagar.He will perform Bhoomi Pooja for 2BHK ‘Nirmitha Kendram’ and lay foundation stone for a model colony at Sammaiah Nagar, construction of four smart roads with an estimated cost of Rs 50 crore at Padmakashamma Gutta, the MLA said.
He will also lay foundation for development works at Kakatiya Musical Garden, Public Gardens and Prof Jayashankar Park and several others. In all, the Minister will launch developmental works worth Rs 101 crores, Vinay Bhasker said. The Minister will address a public meeting at Kakatiya Degree College (KDC) grounds in Hanamkonda during afternoon hours.
Before leaving for Hyderabad, KTR will pay a visit to Kazipet Dargah. The MLA and the Mayor visited KDC grounds on Thursday to review the arrangements for the public meeting. Nearly 25,000 public will attend the meeting, Vinay Bhasker said. The District Collector Amrapali Kata in a review meeting told officials to ensure proper arrangements for the Minister’s visit.
