A total of 1,400 houses are sanctioned for the constituency and works of about 1,100 buildings were began earlier. The officials failed in identifying the sights to construct buildings in Nyalkal, Mogudampally, Jharasangam and Kohir mandals. Locals of various mandasl are expressing anguish over lackadaisical attitude of officials for failing to take up works in mandals. People are appealing officials to launch double bedroom works as soon as possible.
