A gold ornament worth Rs 6 lakh called Yagnopavetham was donated by the devotees of Ramanjaneeya Charitable Trust Hyderabad to Lord Rama temple on Thursday.
Bhadrachalam: A gold ornament worth Rs 6 lakh called Yagnopavetham was donated by the devotees of Ramanjaneeya Charitable Trust Hyderabad to Lord Rama temple on Thursday.
The representatives of the Trust handed over the ornament to the temple Executive Officer T Ramesh Babu in the presence of Ahobila Jeeyar Swamy on temple premises.
Temple chief priest Podicheti Ramachandracharyulu and other priests in the temple and Sri Ramanjaneeya Charitable Trust members were present. Meanwhile, Ramanuja Tirumanjanam programme was conducted by the priests in the temple.
During the time, a special abhishekam and special pujas were performed by the priests in the temple.
