Car catches fire at Hyderabad outskirts, no casualties

A car caught on fire near Badwel while it was on its way to Jadcherla from Hyderabad in the wee hours on Friday.

Two people inside the car noticed the fire and immediately got down from it. The fire is said to be engulfed due to the diesel leakage. The fire fighters rushed to the spot and doused the fire. The car was totally damaged.
In a similar incident, a car on the Outer Ring Road near Shamshabad caught fire on September 18. The driver noticed the smoke from the engine and managed to escape from the car. It was suspected that technical glitch in the engine led to the fire.
