PV Narasimha Rao, a 360-degree personality: CM KCR
"One must have dare to speak about the former prime minister of India PV Narasimha Rao.
"One must have dare to speak about the former prime minister of India PV Narasimha Rao. In one word, he can be defined as a '360-degree' personality," said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao after launching the centenary celebrations of PV Narasimha Rao here at PV Jnana Bhoomi in Necklace road.
PV Narasimha Rao is a man to showcase the country's unique culture, tradition and history to the world. He is the pride of Telangana, the CM said. "He is versatile. The reforms he introduced were impeccable. PV had brought considerate reforms in the education sector by introducing the tribal welfare educational institutions in the state. He changed the education department to Human resources and introduced Telanganaschools," KCR added.
He had done justice to the poor by introducing land reforms and served efficiently all the sectors he worked-in. One can write a book on the reforms he brought in the country and his biography will help in building personality, the Chief Minister said.
"The man who introduced many reforms in the Indian economy has not been honoured. We must strive to get his works recognized," KCR said.
