High Court delivered a sensational verdict on petitions seeking Danam Nagender's disqualification. Nagendar was elected from BRS in 2023 assembly elections. He joined Congress and also contested as party candidate from Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat. However, the Khairatabad MLA was defeated in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
The High Court sets aside the Speaker's ruling of continuing as MLA and delivered judgement of disqualifying Nagendar from Assembly.
