Traffic curbs for 'Chalo Tank Bund'
Anil Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad had issued traffic restrictions and diversions in the wake of proposed “Chalo Tank Bund” by TSRTC JAC and other political parties in Hyderabad on Saturday.

He said that the permission was not given by the authorities concerned. The agitators are likely to gather and cause traffic obstructions on the Tank Bund and surrounding areas.
To ease the traffic and for the convenience of the public, traffic police advised to take alternate routes to reach their destinations from 8 am to 5 pm.
Traffic coming from Secunderabad towards Tank Bund should take Karbala Maidan, Kavadiguda Crossroads, CGO Towers and Musheerabad Crossroads.
Vehicles coming from RTC Crossroads towards Indira Park should take left or right turn at Ashok Nagar Crossroads.
Traffic coming from Telugu Talli should take right towards Iqbal Minar and Ravindra Bharathi. The commuters are requested to take alternate routes also.
Traffic coming from Iqbal Minar and going to Secunderabad shall procced via Telugu Talli, Necklace Rotary and Necklace Road etc. Vehicles coming from Himayathnagar "Y" Junction should take left at Liberty Junction towards Basheerbagh.
Vehicles coming from Old MLA Quarters should go straight from Basheerbagh to PCR Junction or take left towards BJR Statue.
Traffic coming from SBH Gunfoundry should go towards KLK Building route from BJR Statue. Vehicles coming from Khairatabad Flyover will have take right at Necklace Rotary towards Mint Compound Lane and further.
