A transgender woman was found murdered near Kakatiya University at Warangal.

Warangal: A transgender woman was found murdered near Kakatiya University at Warangal. She was suspected to have been killed by a car driver, identified as Suresh.

The woman, Harini is said to have been sexually harassing the car driver for sometime now. Fed up with the harassment, the car driver killed Harini. The police rushed to the spot after being alerted by the locals, who examined the place and launched an investigation.

They also took Suresh into custody and shifted the body of woman to a hospital for post-mortem.

On February 13, 2020 - a transgender woman identified as Mamta was killed by her lover Ajay Naidu at Sardarnagar in Ahmedabad. It is leaned that Mamta and Ajay used to have frequent quarrels between them after the woman found out his boyfriend was also in love with other woman.

On one day, while the two were quarrelling, Ajay stabbed Mamta in a fit of rage. The woman sustained serious injuries and died on the spot.
