The video of teachers sporting helmets has gone viral attracting the attention of the Education department.

The school which has three classrooms for strength of six students is in terrible condition to run the classes.

The building walls give an impression that they may crumble at any time. The video clips reflect how badly the condition of the school building.

Even though the teachers working with the school have lodged complaints many a time referring to the pathetic state of the building, the officials concerned turned a blind eye towards the issue, it's learnt.

The teachers are fearing to take the classes for students in the conditions of the classroom is now the plaster peeling off the ceiling.

The parents of the students have also demanded for the construction of a new building for the school and better facilities, however the fate of the school remained same.

District Education Officer (DEO) E Shekhar Sharma who admitted that the school building was in a bad shape, said: "The students will be shifted to a nearby school. The students have a facility to claim travelling charges from the government.

There was no improvement in the number of students which is presently just six." Efforts are on to allocate funds for the development of the school, he said, stating that they have submitted a report to district collector about the building condition.

Showing the shaky sunshade, a villager said that they will not send students to the school until a new facility was ensured.

He demanded the people's representatives to take action in regard with the situation. Meanwhile, it's learnt that the district administration is likely to take action against the teachers for blowing the issue.
