In this backdrop, the police have booked the cases on 426 people in connection with the blocking of MROs car at Krishnayapalem in Guntur district on Wednesday. A case has been registered against them at Mangalgiri Rural Police Station under 7 sections.

Despite the fact that the government has passed the resolution on the proposal of the three capitals, the farmers are still holding protests in capital villages in demand to retain the capital at Amaravati.
