Kadiyam: Chilukuri Srinivasa Rao, environmentalist of Kadiyam village received the Eco-Tourism Excellency Award 2019 from the state government on Saturday at a programme organised in Tummalapalli Kalakshetram. The award was presented on the occasion of Tourism Day celebrations.
The award was received from the programme chief guest Culture, Youth and Tourism Minister Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, in the presence of Endowments Minister Vellampalli Srinivas, Tourism managing director Praveen Kumar.
Ch Srinivasa Rao received the award for his sincere hard work in developing greenery in that area and creating awareness among the people on plantation.
