The Endowment Department officials have invited Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to the Dasara celebrations at the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy temple on Indrakeeladri.
The festivities are scheduled to run from 11 to 20 October. A delegation led by temple chairman Borra Radhakrishna met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at his camp office on Wednesday and presented him with the invitation. Priests offered him prasadam and Vedic blessings.
Naidu asked about preparations and instructed officials to ensure devotees could attend without inconvenience. The delegation included Endowments Department Commissioner Ramachandra Mohan, executive officer Sheena Naik and temple board members.
