Ee Kaalam Kathalu, story compilation released
Abhyudaya Rachaitala Sangham (ARASAM) president Penugonda Lakshminarayana released the ‘Ee Kalam Kathalu’ written by noted writer Chalapaka Prakash at Koratala meeting hall here on Sunday.
Guntur: Abhyudaya Rachaitala Sangham (ARASAM) president Penugonda Lakshminarayana released the 'Ee Kalam Kathalu' written by noted writer Chalapaka Prakash at Koratala meeting hall here on Sunday.
The book launching function was organised by the Guntur Writers Association and presided over by Somepalli Venkata Subbaiah.
After releasing the book, Penugonda Lakshminarayana said that it was very difficult to write short stories and all the stories in the book contained one message or other. NV Satyanarayana who reviewed the short stories compilation said that all the stories depicted the contemporary society. Noted writer Kopuri Pushpadevi complimented the writer for bringing out the compilation of short stories.
The Guntur Writers Association felicitated Dr Yallapragada Mallikarjuna Rao and Shaik Kasimbi for rendering service to Telugu language.
Association general secretary SM Subhani, vice-president Dr V Naga Rajyalakshmi, Bommu Umamaheswara Reddy Burri Kumar Raju, N Purushottama Reddy, Dr M Lalita Kumari, Basheerunnisa Begum, T Padmavati, Ravi Ranga Rao, PV Subba Rao, Epuri Venkata Reddy, Bhavabhuti Sarma, S Prabhakar and others were present.
