Rayachoti Urban police have arrested a college lecturerer under Prptection of Children from Sexual Harassment (POCSO) gainst college lecturerer working in District Institute of Educational Training(DIET) allegedly responsble for sexually harassing the students.
Kadapa : Rayachoti Urban police have arrested a college lecturerer under Prptection of Children from Sexual Harassment (POCSO) gainst college lecturerer working in District Institute of Educational Training(DIET) allegedly responsble for sexually harassing the students.
The accused was identified as Giribabu Yadav of of Rayachoti town. According to the Rayachoti urban Circle Inspector D. Raju, the accused who was also incharge for girls hostel harassing girls in all possible manner.
However the victims prevent his act but in vain as he reportedly threatened them in various ways.
Unbearable his harrassment victims lodged complaint in Rayachoti urban police station arrested him under sections 139/2020, U/S 354(A), IPC section 9(1) POCSOAct 2012.
