Vijayawada: Parents day was celebrated at Birla Open Minds Pre-School (BOMPS) in association with Young Indians, Amaravati at an old age home here on Saturday. The parents day was celebrated by thanking and honouring the parents, said Neelima Sunkara, director of BOMPS.
Parents, children and all the staff at BOMPS offered new clothes, fruits and food for inmates of the old age home on the occasion. Teachers, parents and children actively participated in this noble event.
