Review meet over Hindupur voter list revision and registration held
Hindupur: Joint Collector M Mourya Bharadwaj reviewed the voter list revision for the 157-Hindupur Assembly Constituency on Wednesday, adhering to ECI guidelines.
He mandated rigorous verification of deleted voter entries and ordered officials to ensure no eligible citizen is denied voting rights.
Missing names can be restored using Form-6 via the ‘Continuous Updation’ process. Special drives were also ordered to register youth aged 18–19.
Municipal Commissioner Mallikarjuna, Tahsildars, AEROs, and BLOs attended the meeting aimed at building a transparent voter registry.
